Went to this location yesterday around 4:47pm. The front doors were locked so we checked the opening & closing hours which states it was open and closed at 11pm. We watched a vehicle go through the drive thru and they didn’t take their order either. No notices or signs indicating why they weren’t serving anyone located anywhere. Yet my brother saw an employee inside sitting on her butt eating behind the counter. Outside grounds are and were filthy. So we drove to the Burger King in Dolton Il and before I approached the door sure as Peggy last name is Sue a customer was walking out with purchased food, they were open and fully staffed.

It happened on a Friday February 24th 2023 in the evening since then I’ve been calling and calling ever since and no one answers the phone it’s now Sunday feb 26th 2023 I’ve been calling all day about this after it ring about 9 times someone just pick up and hang up . Just bad. I just went through the drive through and the guy at the window that was taking the orders looked like he was high as hell. I ordered the Italian chicken meal, whopper with cheese meal and 3 kids meals. It took awhile and literally no one was in the drive through but me. I figured my food should be fresh right? Yeah NOPE. He had 2 bag’s sitting at the window for over 5 minutes. He was walking back and forth looking like he was lost getting drinks. He kept pulling up his pants. He finally brought the kid’s meals(no toys added to bags. 2 in one bag and 1 in the other) it looked like maybe he was waiting on fries but not sure how when the food is literally iced cold. He passed 5 drinks out the window I asked for a cup holder. He stated. He didn’t think they had any. The whole time he spoke so low and I had to ask what he said several times. Get home, my husbands chicken sandwich is not the correct sandwich. Everything is cold. My whopper had no cheese. Drinks no ice. Like this Burger King needs to just close Down. Or the owner needs to train staff better.

OK OK I’m in yet another Burger King. Jada was my cashier. I’m not real sure if she was nervous and new or just nervous. On any accord she did good. The only thing is she needs to smile more. Food was hot. Place was clean. Ice cream was good the come tasted kinda old.
