I’ve never written one of those “there wasn’t enough meat in the burrito” reviews because I don’t usually need or like a lot of meat. But the TINY amount of meat in my carne asada super burrito was an absolute rip off. I paid $15 for rice wrapped in a tortilla. Shouldn’t be legal for to provide that to customers. I wish I could get my money back.

I give the friendly staff and food (Carnitas Burrito) an unofficial 5 Star rating. The price points is equivalent to that of dine in restaurants like Cattleman’s or Red Lobster in Sacramento area. But considering the geographic location in comparison, I can see why the price point is higher. Anyway, chose to have lunch time on my way back from Albany, CA. Who knew???

Their super burritos are overpriced almost $16 dollars for what they charge it’s insane you can get the same super burrito in San Francisco at El favorito for 9 bucks and it’s not just filled with rice if I didn’t live over the bridge I would have returned it and ask for my money back. Never going here again.

I am absolutely outraged!!! Went in to order some food from what WAS our favorite Mexican restaurant, to walk right out and WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!! Went in, walked up to the register to order, and behind the woman at the register was 4 male workers with another woman in the middle of them. She looked straight at me, then turned to the man on her left…and while still looking at me, put her hand in front of her mouth to hide what she was saying and said something to the guy on her left…he then looked up at me and laughed. She repeated the same thing to the guy on her right, same laughing reaction from that guy. About that time the woman at the register asked “can I help you?” I just responded firmly “NEVER MIND!” and walked out! I’m sorry, but that is RUDE!!! Obviously they must not be hurting for business in order to lose a steady customer(s), plus the friends and neighbors I will certainly share my experience with. Yes, there are those who could say that I am being “too sensitive.” Though what would happen if I ever said or did anything bigoted towards them? Which I would never do (my husband is African American). The whole Latino community would be up in arms! This was totally unprofessional! Wonder if anyone else experienced the same lack of professionalism and rude service I did?!? That is not how you keep steady customers! Sad to kinda go, they make the best steak fajitas nachos we ever had! The rest of their food, also delicious. Though good customer service is “KEY” and I will gladly pay more for it! Thanks for letting me rant.

That’s what we found an our food today. I’m pretty sure I ate some of what was still reisding in my food and I almost chipped my tooth. We are regular customers as well…. And the steak/meat was not cooked fully from our enchiladas.. I’m very disapponfed. Not coming back.
