All employees are standing outside doing nothing. Been here for a week and every time I go that’s what they do saying the chef left. They even left the keys in the door. I’d give negative stars if I could. I’d hope Burger King them selves become aware of what these people are doing do their store

I ordered on the Burger King app. I went to the drive thru and waited for about ten minutes they never said anything. I sat behind one car for another ten minutes, so I parked and walked in and to my amazement, the manager had the drive thru headset and was sleeping and snoring across the counter. After that the associate couldn’t find my order and they she did and informed me that they didn’t have any of my items. She said she couldn’t refund my money and I couldn’t get it off the app. I even tried calling the corporate office and that was a joke. They lost a customer for a very small amount of money $6.42.

Very clean! There was a gentleman dedicated to cleaning tables and making sure everything was sanitary. Manager on duty (11:30 AM ) is hands on one of the friendliest and hardest working person I’ve seen in ANY Burger King. She is an asset to the franchise. Being on a budget we ordered two for $5 Whoppers, fries, and 2 drinks. Food was served hot!

Paid more than $8 for an old, dried out, overcooked biscuit, overcooked hashbrowns and an orange juice. The only thing that was edible was the juice, probably because it comes pre-packaged and sealed from the producer. Burger King should really do something about this location. The food here is a disappointment 9 out of 10 times. I guess I should be grateful that they didn’t have me pull into the parking lot to wait for it too, as they usually do.

Third time in a month this place is not open at 7:00am. Every time I go through this drive through the lady on the call box says we’re not open and it will be 10 minutes before we open. If you’re not open at the time posted of 6am on your door, then don’t post 6am as the open time. I will not return to this Burger King. Very pathetic BK. These workers need to be replaced!

Absolutely terrible. Drive thru didn’t move an inch in 8 minutes so I went inside. 3 people were waiting ahead of me inside. I counted 6 ppl working and yet it was utter chaos. The drink machine had no ice and no carbonation, also only about 7 name brand drink selections available. And they don’t tell you any of that before you purchase a drink. I also had to remind them to give me the cup. I heard them yelling my order as they finally got to it. So I assumed I would at least get a fresh sandwich. Now you tell me how they are making everything to order and are behind yet I end up with two cold sandwiches. Worst experience in Burger King by far. No idea how they got so wrecked before noon. Took me 40 min to get there get a sandwich and leave
