Hit up Canyon City BBQ for lunch based on it’s strong positive reviews. The staff were all professional and good at communicating with customers. We were seated quickly. The wait staff were quick to take the order and shortly thereafter the food began to arrive. There was a variety of sauces available to enhance the flavors of the order. All items ordered were flavorful and delicious. If you like BBQ, the Canyon City BBQ is worth the visit.

Very good BBQ store, I understand it’s been around a long time, and now I can see why. It’s a little off the beaten track.

Seven of us stopped here to eat today. We had some great food and great service and I enjoyed the small town feel of the place. Seems to be kind of a Hidden Gem. The restaurant is very nice and clean. We had a huge variety of food at the table an overall everything was very good here are a few of the highlights. My son ordered a Boss Hog sandwich which was a pile of pulled pork in between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Wow. A few at the table had salads which were large and well made. We had pulled pork cheese fries which were nice, a pulled pork quesadilla and baby back ribs which were all good. I would definitely recommend the baked beans which were exquisite and the cornbread was really good as well. I’ll plan on stopping back by here soon so that we can do a better review of more of the menu items. Definitely worth a stop.

Location, Good, Service: Good, Food for price received:Okay, Parking: street ( where you can find it), Overall : 1st time try and the place inside was very nice. The parking is just as posted where you can find it but there seemed to be a decent crowd so they did search. The meat was tender and very good. The cornbread was also worth a try. Yes I will come back again…
