I’ve been to this store a few times. As someone who travels for a living I can tell you that this is probably the best operated store in this franchise system. Delaney takes fantastic care of me every time I place an order. I’ve ordered by phone, app and in person. Every time my pizza is done quickly and correctly. I’ve had no bad experiences here.

I ordered carry out. A lady came up to me and asked me for the name of the order and then she disappeared. So about 5-10 minutes go by, I ask another lady to check on my order (she was very nice) she couldn’t find the name of my order and no one else could. I even showed them the app saying my order was done and ready. After describing what pizza I ordered they finally found it. After receiving my pizza it honestly just wasn’t very good. I guess I’ll stick to Pizza Hut.

I ordered lastnight at 8:47 to receive my food at 11:30… Manager stated they could only give me 20% off… I told her that went from my dinner to breakfast how was 20% all they could do?? I was understanding because they had only one driver but it blows my mind they wouldn’t turn off the delivery option after so many orders or something… the whole experience was a joke..

0 stars would be more appropriate. About a month ago I placed an order that was over $50 and never received it. I called the store and while on hold I could hear someone in the background saying they took my order to a different location and it needed to be remade. After being on hold for 12 minutes, no one came back to the phone so I hung up and called back and they told me it was out for delivery. Another hour went by and I still did not receive my order so I called again and my call was answered by a man who responded “yeah we got a lot of orders man, you know how it is”. I never received my order. Against my better judgement, I placed another order tonight to give Domino’s the benefit of the doubt. I did not get my order, called the store and was told “the driver could not find where to go”. Any 4th grader with google maps has access to find an address. The driver eventually came back, called me and SAT IN HIS CAR so I could go to him. So much for delivery.

I ordered a pizza and upon arriving after the 20 minutes they said it would take , I was told that they would be canceling my order because they had gotten a larger order that they would be taking care of instead of mine. Even though this larger order was placed AFTER mine. A nice guy tried to offer to cook my 1 cheese pizza but the manager Katlyn quickly scolded him and told him not to do that. Instead she wanted me to wait 2 hours for my pizza….. at which point my kids would be in bed. Kaitlyn never once was apologetic or tired to compensate us for this complete waste of time. Other employees seemed good. It’s a shame they have a manager with such bad people skills.

These two guys are phenomenal. I stopped in on my way home from work and they told me their ordering system was completely down. I felt bad and was gonna leave but the guy made my pizza at no charge. The phones were ringing off the hook, no joke, and it was just the two of them until the delivery guy came back. Give them a raise!! They’re killing it.

Slowest pizza place ever. I would give zero stars if I could. Pizza is always cold when I receive. Have to wait 2-3 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Other Domino’s locations take only 45 minutes-1 hour to deliver. This store fails at customer service and timeliness. Whenever I order delivery I end up having to wait so long that the driver loses their tip because it’s so ridiculous for how long I have to wait. It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason. Also they always forget the sauces. It’s ridiculous. Like the employees in this location need to be re-trained. Worst Domino’s I have ever been to. It seems like they cannot follow simple instructions. I selected TRADITIONAL DELIVERY, and the delivery driver just left it at my door. If I had not checked the app I would never known my food was delivered. Seems like this staff needs to go back to kindergarten because they can’t read. DO BETTER DOMINO’S!!!!!!!!
