I went through drive-through. I ordered a big Mac combo and a 10 piece combo. I pull up to the window and the lady asked me to go to the next window. I go to the next window and the lady told me that I had to go to the other window. I just passed. So anyways, I get my order as I am leaving I noticed that I was missing my big Mac, so I get off the car and go inside the same lady that was at the window was at the counter. She rolled her eyes at me and spoke to me in a rude voice. It really made me feel like I did something wrong. You just never know what’s going on in someone’s life just one little comment one little thing that someone can say to you can put you down. Definitely think that they need training on customer service. The body language and facial expressions. Explain a lot.

Did an app order, and sat in the parking lot for more than 45 minutes. Then they locked the doors @ 12:45 PM. When we finally caught one of the employees at the door and asked why they locked the doors? and where our food order was? They said they locked the doors because they were understaffed and only doing drive-thru orders. But they said our order should be done soon. After over an hour of waiting, I was able to get inside as someone exited. Finally got my order, which some of it had been sitting for sometime because the sandwiches were cold and starting to dry out. Not a good experience at all.

The food was disgusting! One other car in front of me and I ended up waiting at one of their curbside stalls for 10 minutes. The fries were cold and the cheeseburgers were disgusting! Please do a better job. The entire staff, starting with management, needs to be replaced.

So I order a curbside order at 8:30 , show up 15 mins later. It’s 9:10 no order brought to me, doors locked. Pull up to drive thru and then they tell me curbside is closed at 8. So why does app still show I can order? And I ask the little girl who works there (before I know about 8) and she laughs and says it’s closed. You can see I’m waiting curbside, no one has the audacity or professionalism to let me know at the curb you’re closed? DO YOUR JOB
