My 1st experience was good, my 2nd visit wasn’t good. I waited for 5 minutes and the young lady at the cashier was on the phone taking an order the whole 5mins. 1 lady was talking to a customer, 1 lady was eating then started cutting bread, 3rd lady was making orders. It seems one of them could have asked me what I wanted, made the order and when the cashier got off the phone, she could have rung me up.. I guess common sense, is far and few. Pics from my 1st visit…

The restaurant had a moderate number of customers. The stream of customers for pickup was steady. The wait time was okay.

Quite possibly the worst pizza ever and I’ve ordered from here for years. Thin crust, extra sauce, with sausage and onions. Crust was terrible and WHERE WAS THE CHEESE? Did you forget to add it? Seriously, this pie was significantly under-cheesed.No grease, why? Because theres not enough cheese. No fooling this NYer.

Pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time. Pizza was fresh. The employees were helpful. Nothing to be disappointed about. The menu looked like there was a variety. They only have one size pizza which a large, which was fine. Leftovers are great.

Seems like this place is going downhill. Used to love Capozzis back in the early 2000s. Not so much anymore. Upon arriving, there was a cook smoking his vape near the food (gross). The kid who took our order was either deaf or has zero customer skills. We ordered 5 slices and it came out to $19 nearly averaging $4/slice. Here is my pathetic piece $4 slice of pizza. Folks, i’d try somewhere else.

Saw lots of good reviews so I gave it a try and was very happy with the experience and have since returned! Single pizza slices are delicious, garlic knots fresh, and both the lasagna and baked ziti are fresh and seasoned well. Definitely gained a regular customer here!

While their red sauce tasted homemade, it lacked flavor (try a little beef stock/red wine, a dash of oregano) and several noodles in the lasagna had stuck together during the par cook but used anyway during prep and came out as under cooked lumps (which I happily ate mind u…just like mom used to make)…problem was it was my gf who had ordered that entree not me and she didn’t like them. Server…drop the check earlier! Say the usual, not rushing stay as long ect but drop it earlier!
