got to learn about this place from the Mole de mayo festival. At the festival I had the beef and chicken skewers, and the sweet plantian. Both skewers were tender and tasty! And the sweet plantian (corn and cheese) is my favorite.

This is the third time I get food from this place, the first two times it was an amazing experience, food tasted great, but today I got barbecue ribs and they were over cooked, they were hard to chew, I picked them up and went home, didn’t check them, and I live too far from this place, I know they have good food, but make sure you check the food before you go home to make sure you get a good quality meat.

Charcoal smoked Colombian meats! The arepa con queso is so good indeed, my favorite thing was the smoked plantain. Ribs, steak, pork belly all were imbued with smoke flavor. Got fresh maracuya (passion fruit) juice as well. Service is indeed curt but by no means rude. Just slow and not typical American friendliness. Would be a good recommendation for taken out for a big group.

This is a small place, the empanadas were disappointing, the bandeja paisa was cold, our beers were warm. My cousin liked the ribs from the picada. It was dirty, one bathroom was out of order. I gotta say I was pretty disappointed, but I’m happy to see more than just Mexican/pizza/fast food restaurants in the south side!

Avoid the picada ,chewy chewy meat., Chicharrón was good,arepa de chocolo con queso was good , large juice of maracuyá 10$ what??? Maduro plantain was good, empanadas were average . Would I come back … yes for the female servers all beautiful and attentive. The rest nah nope overpriced food . Way too much . The ambience is average loud salsa music .

Food is way like way too expensive for what you get, meat was dry and way over cooked! Not enough sides with family meal! was very very bland, a “spa” water was $10, sodas $10, and it’s a small space and service was not great but yet you get the automatic 18% fee!! Never going back !!! Don’t go there
