Excellent excellent food. High quality, fresh ingredients, extremely clean, and friendly staff. We have tried almost everything on the menu and would order it all again. You will be happy with anything you try here. Start with getting a chick which gets you a sandwich and add a side or scoop. Do the scoop so you can try 2 different chicken salads. They also give samples if you are unsure.

Excellent chicken salad, ingredients not so much. I was enjoying it until I read high fructose corn syrup is an ingredient. That’s a hard pass for me when it’s a fresh chicken salad restaurant. Service was outstanding.

OMG, seriously the best chicken salad. This is my first time ordering from Chicken Salad Chick so I stuck with The Chick sandwich on wheatberry bread and Classic Carol chicken salad with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was delicious and I plan on ordering from here regularly and trying all the different chicken salads! *Note – I did not dine in but had the food delivered to my house and it was still delicious!

This place was a train wreck today! Dirty tables everywhere, constant issues with orders from many customers, and food quality was meh . The girl behind the register needs to be trained better. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but service and quality have gone down. Where’s the original staff and managers from just a few months ago???! Bring them back!

Very small portions. For a LARGE brocoli salad which on the menu says for 4-5 people this is very disappointing. As much 2 people can share it only as a side.
