We order here all the time and it is hit or miss but I am done giving them another chance. I ordered food to be delivered to my son because I wouldn’t be home until late. $30 wasted because it was inedible. The breadsticks were cold, hard and not cut. The pizza was burnt in places but the crust was horrible and not a pan pizza. He tried one piece and said it was funky tasting. I tried one when I got home to see and it definitely had something off putting on it. Maybe bad cheese? Huge waste of $30. I will drive somewhere else.

Now using Doordash. $5.21 delivery fee on $24 order, before tip. I received a text pizza was done then 5 minutes later that a ‘dasher’ was on the way to get it. 20 minutes later I have cold pizza and the wrong soda.

Horrible quality again. Got the email and left the review on there, waiting to hear back any contact. Stopped ordering from here before for the same reasons, and never had any contact for the issues. Decided it had been a while, give it another try, as always, all different people, poor food quality and no concern by management.

There was only one lady working and she was doing it all! She needs to be commended on her exceptional performance. We had a rather large order and the food was delicious and she was waiting on several people when we picked up our order. If I owned a restaurant, I would have stolen this young lady!

They could’ve got my order right; or they could’ve made it right in the first place! I will never eat at Pizza Hut again; this was the worst experience ever AND we eat a lot of pizza. No longer a customer of Pizza Hut and will let everyone I know why I am no longer patronizing this establishment.
