You guys are such a nice person. You give us a lot of vegetables to put in our all-you-can-eat food, and you don’t raise the price. Your price is not the right price under the circumstances. I hope many people come to the place. Fantastic and nice service, lots of food and good food here, and on weekends it’s open until 4am. Come here.

It was my first time! I tried beef and beef tongue, super delicious, gentle and fast service. I liked the idea of ordering the number of tacos you want depending on how hungry you are. Great tacos!

Don’t get too excited. This is a little hole in the wall where lunch is sautéed in front of you on an outdoor grill. The service was very quick and not too social but I loved the veggies which are a “meat” choice. It could have used more beans but was flavorful with the rice. I liked that it was not too wet as this was a work lunch and I didn’t want a drippy mess.

I was not expecting their tacos to be so amazing! Their specialty tacos blew me away! The albaniles and Al pastor were out of this world!!

It’s my opinion that this is the best Authentic Mexican food that I’ve had in Portland. They grill outside and have an incredible variety of salsas in the salsa bar. Chips included at least at lunch time if you want them. The chicken has a ton of flavor. Highly recommend!

This is an indoor/outdoor restaurant with fantastic, authentic Mexican food. Portions are generous, and they have a huge variety of toppings in an included food bar. So good. Fair warning, many of the toppings are spicy.

No prices shown anywhere. I think they charge based on what they think they can get you to pay. I know someone who’s bought there before and was charged different prices for the same food. $24 for 2 basic burritos and to be honest it wasn’t worth it and it wasn’t that good. Mostly rice and super dry. I won’t be wasting my money here again when there’s so many great Mexican food places all around. Sorry Tequesta El Paisano to have to give you a negative review but if I’m going to take the time to review a place I’m going to be as honest as possible for future potential customers. Also I want to note I waited several days to write this review as I wanted to wait to see how I felt about it several days later and not post in the heat of the moment.

I typically like the tacos they have here! They are delicious! Online they advertise a foot long burrito… but its not even 6 inches when it arrives LOL just beware before you buy!

Today was my first visit to Taqueria El Paisano, and I am already a huge fan! Very simple tacos, served with just tortillas and seasoned meat, but there is a toppings station that has everything you need to have an authentic Mexican food experience.
