Definitely not the best in town. Could easily find better around town. Tacos didn’t have much flavor at all. Even with the sauce it wasn’t worth it. Waitress left in the middle of us asking something but overall experience was okay.

Boy the reviews were way off on this one. Let me say that this was the worst mexican food I have ever had served to me. One review said that they had the best encheladas they had ever had. I have to feel very sorry for you if thats true. The reviews made me think we we going to get some good food but we were all disappointed. I have to wonder if the reviews were done by their friends because if you listen to the positive reviews here you are in for a shock. This is my first bad review for any resturant and I don’t give it lightly because I know how hard most workers in restaurants work.

I hate having to contest other peoples comments, i dont think its right but i dont consider this a 4.4 somehow it got thw ratigs but this restaurant resembles more like 3.5 at best. With that said, i dont mind how ghetto a place looks uf they got good food no problem with hole in the wall places. But, the food wasnt good and respectfully it wasnt accetable. I wasnt rude,i returned it and got something else. They tried to charge me for the food i returned. After a polite chat with lady in charge they stepped back and didnt charge it. I was very firm, i fell someone with weak negociation skills would have been forced to pay. Overall, the food particularlly the steaks were horrible. I love mex food, this place is well below the average dont understand the rating

Just ate here and I’m Hispanic from Chicago. Not only do I cook this type of food but I eat at plenty of Mexican restaurants. I will never eat here again. Beans out of a can. Rice out of a box. Ordered taco dinner which at any other establishment comes 3 tacos with rice and beans the server said ok to my order. My boyfriend ordered shrimp taco dinner with rice and beans and mine was the dinner with two barbacoa tacos and one carnitas. The plates came out with one shrimp taco and one barbacoa with rice and beans… Not at all what we discussed the dinner would be. And then when I opened the taco it was covered in grilled onions not raw onion and cilantro. Then the beef tasted like pork and the pork was old .. I didn’t even eat any of my dinner and we paid $23.97 plus a tip because obviously she didn’t cook it but what the heck… How have they been open for so long? Disgusting. Not at all what I’d consider loving homemade Mexican food. I should’ve went to the Cuban place down the street or to the restaurant off of Bayshore…I’m sorry but honesty was needed here.

Bought 2 Tacos Asada ,, meat had to many nerves, It felt like you were chewing on rubber, spent more time taking those peices out of my mouth than enjoying my food. Only ate 1. Told the waitress and she ignored what I said. Didn’t even offer me a refund for the one I Left behind. never go there again.
