I’m a truck driver. I know please hold the praise yall are to kind. I was parked at the pilot down the road. Figured I give marcos a try. Let me tell you I was very impressed. I ordered the pepperoni melt and the cheese sticks. Now the pizza was loaded with cheese and pepperoni it arrived hot and fresh so the delivery driver didn’t mess around he got that pizza to me fast. The cheese bread was super cheesy and the bread was soft and light I was surprised because I’ve gotten cheese stick from other establishments and they are alwasy burned and dry but not here these were what cheese sticks are supposed to be like. I guess in other words holy toledo this meal was amazing.

This location has gone really down hill. Just ordered for the 1st time in a long time, pizza barely had any sauce and the salad had 5 tiny pieces of onion. We didn’t order thin crust but got some weird super thin crust.

Exceptional and I never ever rated a pizza company with that one word. Ordered wings and a small Hawaiian pizza and it was delivered to the truck stop in 20 minutes fresh and well made. On top the guy who took the phone was very friendly and polite well done! Will definitely be ordering again when I am nearby ty! As a trucker it’s important to have a nice meal once in awhile. Especially at this pilot truck stop in Toledo there is no hot fresh food except subway which is everywhere and overpriced unlike it’s glory days. Ty so much again much appreciated!

We brought our Girl Scouts here while in town to white water rafting. The staff was amazing! The front checkout desk was super happy to have us and so friendly. There was a ton of space, super clean, everything amazing too!!! Thanks for an awesome out of town experience!! This place is definitely serving more than pizza! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had pizza delivered to our hotel. Wait time said an hour but, it arrived early. The delivery driver was super polite and even brought us plates. The pizza was EXCELLENT, as were the Cinnasquares. If I ever come back through this area, most definately will be ordering again.

Tonight’s pizza experience was bad. Pizza was over cooked., the pizza dough was flat. We did not recieve any of the sauces we requested. We eat here weekly. Todays experience was one of the worst.

Put a complaint on the Marcos website/email for barely getting any toppings on my 46 dollar 2 pizza order. Didn’t hear anything all week. I put a one star review since I didn’t hear anything, and you told me to email the Marcos corporate which I already did, so I called and left a voicemail. I received a call back the next day, and gave my receipt number and told you my problem. Pretty much told me called me a liar and then said that this Marcos has received no other complaints all year for small amount of toppings. Was not offered a new order, a refund or anything at all. Just that you would call the manager of this store and fix the problem. So I deleted my old review and put this one on here so other people know that they don’t care about quality or their customers happiness and satisfaction. Thanks for nothing! Know what? .. i have nothing but time,, I’m off work for the next couple months… Maybe I’ll stand out on the sidewalk with a sign by the entrance to the parking lot telling people what a joke this place is
