The food is horrible. I seen mice droppings in the kitchen area when I delivered products to this trash establishment. They use old chicken and rice. The cooks doesn’t wear gloves and hair nets. I seen the guy in the kitchen pick his nose and still served the food. Stay away from this place. The delivery service is horrible. Stay away.

One of the best Chinese food places for the money prices were great food was excellent and fast and the staff there was very kind and understanding. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some good old Chinese food from people that really love their job and they stand behind their quality of food. But I have to mention it again the prices were really good. So I’m going to have to give this a five star and let you know this is Justin certified…..

I’ve had takeout and delivery and their service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Delivery driver never comes to my door and there’s always a problem placing the order over the phone. Trash establishment.

I placed an order for delivery and my drink was already opened. I called and kindly told them, only wishing to inform them of what occured. But they were rude and put me on hold too many times. They even suggested that it was I who opened the bottle, but I didn’t even get to because I noticed it was already open. I do not plan to order from here again. A coworker even told me they got food poisoning from this place after I told her my story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

From out of town and picked this place because of the Google reviews. It’s “hole in the wall” not meant for sit down. There is a constant flow of customers though. Took our food back to the hotel and weren’t impressed. The food was bland, the chicken a bit rubbery, and we received no packets of soy or hot sauce. Perhaps we should have asked. Not awful food, but not great. We would not repeat.

The lady at the front was extremely unprofessional and nasty. I placed an order that totaled about 38. one of the items was the Singapore noodles. The menu doesn’t specify that Singapore noodles are made with pork and chicken. Once my food is ready, I proceed to check it for accuracy at which time I noticed the meat in my noodles. I very kindly made the lady at the window aware that I’d like my food remade without the meat. She appeared frustrated and raised her voice at me and explained that I need to tell her in advance next time. I asked how I couldve known there was meat in the food if it wasn’t noted on the menu. She continued to argue for about 5 minutes. She then pours the food into a pan and proceeds to pick the shrimp out of the food in an attempt to place the old shrimp in the new order of noodles. (SN: noodles have to be the least expensive item there). I ask her to remake my entire order including the shrimp and she does. Once complete, she starts again about letting them know in advance.

I’ve been coming to this family-owned business for years. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I’m impressed when I first came in to see they had built a little tunnel so that customers and staff are more than 6 ft apart. A few weeks later it was taken down and instead there was just a screen between the staff and customers. Still very safe. I must say they are better prepared than other restaurants. There’s bottles of hand sanitizer and sprays on the counter. I feel very safe ordering from here. Good job China House!
