SUPER delicious. We tried Roll On In this evening and, although it’s early days and they are definitely working out some of the organization, the food was really great! Odd concept, with even odder execution. If you ever find yourself in the mood for less than cold sushi and a pretty cool ice cream presentation, you should check it out. I work with liquid nitrogen, so I was naturally curious. The ice cream is good and made in an interesting way, and it is definitely an experience (don’t plan on going in and ordering a scoop and getting it in 15 mins or so). Staff seemed chaotic and (from the perspective of someone who spent several decades working in and managing food service establishments) under trained.

Delicious food! Two entrees, an appetizer, and a couple of fountain drinks for about $30. The ice cream bar looked amazing too, but we were too full to try it. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I ate here for the first time last night, and WOW. I literally texted my friends and family as I was eating to tell them to try this place ASAP! The food was all freshly prepared in front of us: 10/10. And then afterwards, we tried the nitro ice cream: also, 10/10. Owners were working amongst their employees and were very friendly and accommodating. I can’t brag enough.
