This location prioritizes online orders, so if you want food from here I would advise not going in person. There will be food literally right in front of you visible while standing at the counter but they will tell you it’s only for online orders. I am writing this after getting a burrito bowl and being told if I want chips I need to order them online. Lol, so I’m sitting in front of the register after getting my bowl and ordered them and I’m just waiting. EDIT: 35 mins later, I got my chips while I stared at a giant bowl of the the whole time I waited.

I’m 9 months pregnant and I asked for more rice the man behind the counter said they don’t do double rice! It’s the cheapest thing and that takes the shortest amount of prep. It’s not like I asked for more guacamole. Husband goes next he gives him half a scoop of rice my husband calls him out on it and he yells behind my husband to the other people and line and says just so you know we don’t do double rice just to be mean. The cashier was super sweet we didn’t come in trying to cause trouble, but for the price of the item we deserve to get what we want. My husband left with a half empty bowl.

Ran out of black beans and brown rice at 5pm on a Friday. Claimed it was due to a catering order. Told me that more would be ready in 25 minutes so I left and came back in 25 minutes and they said they were out for the rest of the day. Lies! You are a busy enough place to plan ahead. Obviously the management here is to blame if they can’t plan ahead for catering orders.

I have never had a problem with this chipotle before but I found this long hair in my burrito bowl that’s not mine (my hair is short, naturally curly, and currently purple). I only got a few bites out of it and how I have to throw the whole thing away after spending over $16 on this. Do better Chipotle.

First time trying in many years. Was looking forward to it. But that stopped immediately when we were treated like an inconvenience by one lady taking our orders. So overall like other reviews the employees are very rude here. Food wasn’t good. Chicken was decent but the steak tasted odd. Kinda old. Probably won’t be back due to the rude staff. A customer should never feel like an inconvenience….
