Food could have potential if the rice wasn’t so undercooked feeling like I’m chewing on hard uncooked rice clumps. I’ve Been here few times and lobby mostly a mess, stuff needs to be restocked, and the trash is always full. None the less the customer service always feels so rushed and low-priority when they make my meal.

Chipotle’s flavor is always consistent. HOWEVER, when it comes to ordering online, they are INCONSISTENT. Twice now, I’ve ordered a salad and selected the vinaigrette and they never put it in my bag. Who wants to eat a dry salad?? That’s TWICE! Two days in a row… so shame on me, huh..

Customer service here is never great, I walked in and stood there for awhile before anyone even acknowledged me. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you” nothing. The employee helping me gave me black beans instead of pinto and when I said I wanted pinto she didn’t say anything and just looked at me and tossed the bowl away like she was annoyed. Only reason I come back is because they’re pretty generous with their portions compared to other Chipotles I been to.

The food is ok and sometimes great but the employees are not! Today I went in right before opening. I patiently waited outside until they unlocked the doors. The young lady that opened the door was friendly and had great customer service and she was the only one. The hispanic girl that made the food didn’t speak to the woman in front of me just asked what would you like. No smile or hello. She had an attitude the whole time she made my bowl then she was really upset due to me asking for a little more guacamole. It’s an extra $2.65 don’t give me a small scoop give me the proper amount. I told her I wanted a little more and no I’m not asking for a double scoop since she definitely tried to have me charged twice. She ended up calling an older woman over who also had an attitude about it. I’m not wanting more than what I’m paying for. The young lady that opened the door also checked me out and she was still providing great customer service, which is amazing considering the energy around her was very negative.

I had a pick up order for 3:20 and waited nearly 37 minutes before I was able to leave. I sat there wondering what was going on, made plenty of eye contact, and eventually asked why hadn’t my order been made? It wasn’t crazy busy at all. Someone on their end messed up but no one acknowledged me. I over heard and that’s how I found out what happened with the mishap. They finally give me my food but it was Someone who just showed up on clock. No one wanted to be mature and explain to me what happened nor apologized for the ridiculously long wait. I get home and my bowl was served the smallest portion ever. So not only was I really upset for the wait, but the fact that they had the nerve to put this baby serving and never apologize/explain just really ruined my mood. I am an understanding person but this was handled poorly.

HORRIBLE. If I could give it a 0 I would!!! Ordered online for delivery through their website. Asked the driver to leave it at the front door. Instead, he took a picture of the ordering acting like he delivered it, and took off with it!! What type of service is this. On top of that, the customer service “live agent” didn’t even respond and left the chat. Spent $20 on a meal I got never received.

Woot Woot
Kind of pricey. Workers are very rude. Should be trained for customer service. I totally get bad days or interactions with rude customers but the girl working was really mean to me for no reason and normal with the other people I came with . Even my friends thought it was weird. Food is okay.

I did a mobile order, and as usual tipped before receiving my food. Learned my lesson with this location. My order wasn’t made properly, the burrito wasn’t wrapped well- it was already soggy and falling apart at the seams-not wrapped tightly or secure. I literally arrived right when it was ready for pick up, and it didn’t take more than 5min to get back home. The dip I got with my chips was upside down in the bag, so lucky it didn’t spill and get all over the place. Not enough salt on the chips, they also tasted stale. Wouldn’t recommend going here again. The ones in Temple are better.

We ordered food on DoorDash and then after an hour, we realized nothing had been delivered. We called corporate and they advised us what to do. We went to the store in person and asked for our food to be possibly remade. This worker, (a younger girl), immediately got an attitude with us and told us they had no rice. We said that was okay and just asked if we could have some warm queso instead of the whole meal being remade. The girl started getting more of an attitude and having smug looks on her face when she went and got another worker, (a woman that was older than her). This woman shouldn’t have even been involved in this whole ordeal. The woman also immediately had an attitude and after we explained what corporate told us to do she said “Well that’s not how that works.” After this is when we got angry. How are you going to tell us how something works when we literally called CORPORATE? Anyway, the customer service was absolutely horrible and the two people got involved for no reason. I wish we’d caught their names as we would have reported them ASAP for how horribly they were.
