Call and place a simple order of a large cheese pizza. When I got there and gave the cashier my name. She said okay, 5 minutes later with no response from the cashier. I ask is my order ready, she then says they don’t have my ready or any record of my order. I show the manager and cashier that I did dail the right phone number and placed an order.

My 6 year old child accidently ordered food online and I have to get a speech on how they had to throw away food as if i dont already know. super unprofessional called my phone just to give me a speel and to talk to my child. obviously i talked to my child and i dont need to be talked to like a child shout out to “Stu” calling me just to be condecending and talk to me like Im 4. Obviously Im upset with the situation and you called me just to make the situation worse. my real rating is a 0/5 stars. Wrong order again… this time toppings on pizza I didn’t order. Ordered a large pizza with 3 meats, extra cheese, and black olives. They added mushroom, which I could have dealt with, but they also added green peppers which I don’t like, and the killer was onion(unprocessed), which I’m allergic to(gives me bad migraines).

I never order from dominos .. only if there’s a snow storm .. or it’s too late . I really could of went with papa john’s but I figure let me try a different crust maybe I’ll like it more.. well I don’t know what brooklyn pizza place they are trying to mimic with that crust, possibly one that went out of business and they couldn’t find it anywhere else so here I am with pizza that just flops over, so much grease was sitting on this thing I soaked the first papertowel and blotted the next. I thought put it back in the over it might be raw in the center but yet the crust was crispy I didn’t want to burn it. My fault though..was told don’t order that kind again. Maybe it was prepared wrong..?

The customer service is dead at this location. I was brought a wrong order first and was left with no solution to this issue. I called and was told my order would be remade and it never was. Upon my second call two and a half hours later from the time I placed my original order I was told my order was within 10 minutes away and at the same time the store called my other phone and told my wife they never remade my order and offered more pizza that would go to waste for compensation. I have kids and it’s a school night. I am understanding and patient but this was next level incompetence.
