Poor serving size portions, no support from the manager to compensate the lack of serving sizes, bad customer service. Here’s the photo of our plate which they insisted was double serving of chicken because we asked for more which based on our frequent visits to Chipotle stores this was far from normal. Also pay attention to the cheese. Let me add that many Chipotle stores do this but this store was the worse. One more thing, I rarely post negative reviews but this store went out of the norm to deserve one. Congratulations Chipotle!

The lady serving up my meal seemed like she would rather be doing anything other than her job and when she ruined my bowl by putting a whole scoop of the red sauce(she for some reason couldn’t wait for me to finish talking) because she was in a hurry to stop doing her job instead of redoing my bowl. I am writing this as I’m throwing away my bowl because it was too spicy, not like there was much anyway the scoop sizes were so small they probably don’t like cooking more then once a day.

Accessibility: there isn’t accessible parking in front of the store so you will have to park farther out from the store if you need extra space to get out of your vehicle. There are ramps to get up to the sidewalk, but again, not directly in front of the store. It is farther down in front of another store. The door to get inside the building is a pull door that is a little heavy. They have seating inside and outside with movable chairs.

Escondido location : food is always good but the tables and floors are always dirty. Even when the place is empty they don’t have time to clean tables. It really ruins your appetite to see food all over the floor and tables. This is now the third time here and always the same thing.

Chipotle is a great place to get Mexican-American food. The portion sizes have recently gotten smaller, but the food is delicious. I almost always encounter helpful and kind staff, making me want to return. I would recommend trying their lime chips with guacamole, they are amazing.
