I’m not a fan of spending $15 on a lonely counter service sandwich with no sides, but the pork belly bahn mi was pretty good. The pork belly is tasty and the bun isn’t a traditional baguette it’s soft and slides down. It did start to get soggy which is no good so eat it fast. Not something I’d buy everyday but pretty good overall.

We hired Cirque Kitchen to cater our wedding this past weekend and I’m over the moon with how it all turned out. Brandon (chef) is a master and the food was delectable. He put together a great team and one comment we heard over and over from our guests was it was some of the best food they have had, especially for a wedding. It was really important for us to have good food, and with an atmosphere that would connect our guests. We went with a family style setup and it worked out really well for us. I wish I had a picture of the food, it was so beautiful. I just want to thank them again for providing such an excellent experience for us.

Boy was this a good spot to visit. The Short Rib Philly was really large and delicious. Definitely a messy eat and the fries were plentiful. I’d definitely come back but the prices are slightly high.

Worst Ban Mi sandwich ever. Mostly slices of fat with very little pork. 6:15 on a Saturday and they were out of food. They haven’t updated their website and the number to text your order goes to someone not associated with the restaurant. How hard is it to update the site? Should have gone to the other brewery

Got the lemongrass curry wings. The flavor is great! But… it’s not really wings. It tasted like it should’ve been served with rice, curried vegetables and whole chicken thighs. Also the skin wasn’t crispy at all, which is the hallmark of a good wing.

Tried their burgers and bon mi tonight at the lantern festival, best burger I’ve ever had and their fries were the perfect combo of crunch, salty, and fresh! Will be making the trip out to their restaurant asap!

Had the Elote chicken wings today. Fantastic. Saw a lot of other dishes that looked amazing. Will be back to try more!

Hands down, the best culinary experience I’ve had since actually seeking one out. Here was Cirque Kitchen at our local brewery. Braised short ribs, gnocchi & potato croquettes. WOW. I mean, they even pre-fried the mushrooms so they were crispy little bites.

Their food truck is super over priced. I mean, I like food trucks and accept that they may be a little on the expensive side for food you have to get yourself because the quality is usually really good, but this one does not even out. Quality is ok but the price is really high.
