They take little to no care to properly distribute toppings. They don’t cut the pizza so you end up having to tear it the slices apart…total mess. They don’t answer the phone so that you can let them know about the issue at the time it occurs as the staff had requested since this was an issue I have already shared with them on numerous occasions. To top it off, I sat at their counter for 2 minutes before finally speaking up and asking if anyone was working the counter. That startled the stellar employees sitting in clear sight who were busy with their faces buried in there phones. The pizza is actually decent, and staff is generally nice. If the owner of this location actually addresses these issues that are so easily corrected, maybe they’d get better reviews.

I am never disappointed with the pizza or service here! The employees are always rushing around and working extremely hard. Unlike the previous reviewer, I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for a hot pizza and understand how busy it can be in fast food. The manager is always professional and courteous with a smile. I am grateful to have such a reasonably priced dinner option so close by.

I ordered a large 1 topping Stuff Crust pizza. I ordered a New Yorker pizza. My Mom picked up pizza for us. I’ve worked in food service most my life. I will not go back to Papa John’s. When the pizza comes out of the oven. The worker or workers see the pizzas. If you know a pizza is not right. Does NOT EVEN LOOK RIGHT. My New Yorker pizza was only 2 slices New York style. The rest of the pizza was hand toss style. Again, you see it’s CLEARLY WRONG and you still serve the pizza. You could have made right before as a customer I received it. Again, you served me the pizza anyways. So, I will go to a local pizzeria. Big Chain restaurants are NO LONGER a option.

They delivered the pizza and left it on the door step without ringing the door bell. We were waiting for the pizza not realizing it was outside for more than 30 mins. Since we ordered the pizza at 9:47pm, we eventually walked out at 10:58pm to try to check what was going on and surprisingly found the pizza on the ground.

Delightful service by two young gentleman, it was approaching closing time and they couldn’t have been more polite, they finished our order quickly. The pizzia is delicious. 10/10 recommend. I would drive an extra 15 miles to have them make my pizzia!! This is the best customer service I have had at any Papa John’s!

We have been customers since this PJ’s opened. Food quality and service has steadily declined over the years. As of our last couple of orders, all PJ’s are now on our ‘do not return’ list. As for tipping; we tip according to service. The ‘word’ TIPS is an acronym. TO INSURE PROMPT SERVICE. Haven’t had that here!

The most depressing dinner we have ever had. My pizza was like cardboard, my husbands wings were not buffalo wings but regular wings, dipped in sauce and not cooked properly. The sauce was bland and the wings were like chewing on shoe laces. I remember Papa John’s as being fairly edible for a fast food place. This was not fit for my animals and I shall never return. Good luck if you order from them.
