The ice cream was good, but the restaurant was not very clean. They weren’t terribly busy at the time we stopped, but maybe there was a rush right before us?? A few workers standing around, so they should have been wiping down tables.

My family frequents here for ice cream as we live only a mile away. The customer service is so horrible and our ice cream comes completely melted. We’ve decided to stop going after tonight we received what looked like a glass of milk. I understand it is hard for the ice cream machine to keep up when it’s busy, but it’s every time we go.

Very disappointed. Someone decided to make a change to the soft serve ice cream in this store. Basically, ice milk ! Today my wife and I drove to another store just a couple miles away, their soft serve was the good old soft serve Dairy Queen is famous for. We use to use this store often …too bad ! ( I assumed there would be a corporate standard for this ? )

Is zero stars an option? I have never written an online review before but here I am. This was the most disgusting restaurant I’ve been to in my life. I was out of town visiting a week ago and stopped here. There were toppings, sauces, food, and icecream everywhere. Counters, floors, covering the machines, and containers. The garbage can behind the counter was overflowing, cups and icecream all over the floor. It looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. THREE other customers in line near me were taking pictures of the conditions and talking about how gross it was. When my brother and I got out to the car we were scared to even eat our food. Very disappointed and disgusted.

This store is under staffed for how busy it is. One female employee was very kind and friendly the evening of 8/6/23. The rest of the staff….not excellent. The store is filthy and disgusting. The ice cream is good and typical of Dairy Queen.

Too many kids clocked in and no Adults supervising. Got skipped over trying to order, was told we weren’t close enough to the register even though we were standing against the counter. Management desperately needed on London Rd, Eau Claire Wisconsin. Front of you still amazing regardless through patience!

I have never done a review like this but they definitely deserve a zero stars, the fries tasted like they were just refried old fries, our burger had a bread tie in it and when we showed it to them they just said oh our bad and did nothing to try and fix or address the problem. Wouldn’t recommend we only stopped in cause it was on the way back to our home state….

The guy who took my order clearly had no clue how to do it and had no help. Drink cost $0.70 more than the “Add a drink” price on the menu. When I got my bbq strip basket they’d put the napkins on top of the chicken so it was a bbq napkin sloppy mess. And the “toast” was a buttered piece of uncooked white bread. Lazy careless employees without a clue.

I’ve been to this location many times. Food is usually good but the service in my opinion has really gone down hill over the years. Some of the employees are not friendly and the service is generally slower. They could also improve on the mixing of their blizzards.

Ordered 3 blizzards and they were already soupy when when we received them. Had asked for extra cheesecake in 2 of the blizzards and there was no extra in them, half of it was just vanilla ice cream. Also asked for a s’mores blizzard and there was only 1 piece of chocolate in my blizzard, literally 1 piece!! I have no idea how they even managed that, but needless to say, we were very disappointed in tonight’s visit.
