We have always loved Schlotzsky’s sandwiches. But you have changed a bit. We decided to dine in today. Placed our order and used our debit card. Before we could even pay you ask us to tip. That’s a bit weird. To tip on a service we had yet received. To my knowledge there was not a waitress/server in the entire restaurant. We walked in to your establishment and placed our order at the front of the restaurant. Made our own drinks even. However a lovely young lady did bring us our sandwiches. Just all seems a bit presumptuous. Not sure what I was tipping for.

Literally had to wait thirty minutes for food with three others that was in front of us that received their food and was finished eating, including four vehicles in the drive thru received their food as well before us. I ask for a bag of trips to compensate our time and they refused. We was not disrespectful or disruptive. Treatment was not fair towards us as usual.

Today we tried a new to us sandwich, the Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy. The drive in wait line time was decent because they make these to order. My husband and I both enjoyed the sandwich but… the online menu said it came with lettuce, tomato and red onion along with the chicken, bacon and Chipotle mayo, neither of ours had any of the veggies. So you either need to fix your online menu or you need to fix the store. Thank you.

Have eaten at this restaurant on a regular basis at least once per week sometimes twice. Today they refused cash money a 2002 $100.00 bill said it was to old and they don’t take old money. It was in perfect shape and just got it from the bank. You have lost a regular customer and will drive 10 miles out of our way if needed to avoid this location. It’s still legal tender cash
