This is the worst dairy Queen so far. Employees have their kids in the store, which explains why they don’t have the orders ready. Management doesn’t seem to care, just sitting talking to his friend while orders are backed up. Need new management ASAP

Ordered a blizzard and it was all melted they didn’t even bother turning it. I ask for another one and they give me the same one but with less blizzard still melted. Don’t go here, lazy people work there. Managers name is I believe April , very rude and ended the call on me when I called to request her name.

If you’re looking to get a quick bite to eat don’t go here. I placed a mobile order and when I went inside to pick it up they said that they were all out of chicken fingers. what?! Then they supposedly “found” some in the back. The lady working who made my blizzard had an awful attitude. Look at one of the blizzards she gave me. I’m sorry but it’s like I’m buying food from a toddler . If you don’t like your job quit. I understand people have a bad day but that’s not an excuse to treat other people like garbage. Let someone who actually wants to do the job take your place.

Sorry. This place is disaster. Close the inside get rid of tables. They don’t want you inside. Slowest worst service EVER. our friends came samevtime did drive through and literally left ten minutes before we got served. Sundaes were poorly made. hardly any topping. signs in window advertising 1 dollar cone expired July 31st. one month ago. too many ice cream places to waste time going here

Just got a quick supper here with my daughter and of course a blizzard! April was super nice and brought our food to the table and told us we could wait to have our blizzards made. Everything came out great! The store was clean and everyone was very friendly! Too often you hear about bad things but never the good. Great job! We’ll be sure to stop by this location again ☺️

Fast and friendly service at the drive thru. The fries was fresh out of the fryer. The burger was well put together and juice. Patties were not overcooked and dried out. Sprite was nice and crisp with flavor. Wasn’t water down or flat. Keep up the good work team Dairy Queen. Great job to everyone who was on duty at that time.

My first time visiting this DQ. I’m use to fresh sandwich and hot fries. My fries tasted like it had been sitting and my sandwich didn’t taste like it had any life atoll. I’m only giving a 3-star because most DQ are fairly good.
