Well…. not the perfect visit. We ordered over the phone because there was no option on the app to ask for a side “on the side”. I arrived to find no marked curbside parking…. After parking as close as I could, I called the number on the confirmation email. It rang once before sounding like a fax machine answered, then disconnected. Same thing the 2nd time so in I went. Thankfully I checked the food because the side items that were on the side, were also in the burrito bowl…. they made a new one for me after I asked.

Worst place to eat they use low quiality ingredient chicken and steak bloody and not fully cook and the Romain lettuce they never washed I see it they take out from package directly to customer, we went with my family and every single one get sick we call them and they hang out we going to sue them. Nasty place to eat. Manager don’t care about he smoking outside all the time.

I have been going here for years.. I understand the price goes up to almost 16 bucks for the nachos the way I like them .. I do chips on the side so they don’t get soggy.. for years now.. this time she hands me a lil clear bag of chips.. I ask about the brown bag of chips and she like that for when u buy separately. I asked for when did you start this because I’ve been coming here all the time and I’ve never seen these bags.. so she sends me on my way with so little chips that I don’t even get to enjoy my $16 nachos.. ugh.. I’m getting tired of the cost. Going up in the quantity getting less… I’ve been biting my tongue for the past few visits, but this time I have just had enough.. time for a new nacho joint.. sorry * just now tried the chips and OMG they’re trying to kill me with all the salt!!!!

Fast, courteous service, reasonably priced, and delicious. With no Pollo Tropical near my office, this is a great alternative. There are plenty of other menu options, but I went with the brown rice bowl with chicken and steak, with black beans, cheese, and jalapeños. I’ll definitely be back – probably next week.

The staff is amazing and they make your food as you like it and it tastes fresh and great. The staff is amazing, they know my family and order before we get up to the line. They make their shells and tortillas in house the same day… you can taste the freshness. They have an awesome rewards app aswell.

Came in for lunch today. My company is a partner of QDOBA and you guys gave us vouchers for one free meal. Once the lady at the register saw the voucher, she told the person putting my quesadilla together to “throw it in the box”. The most immature and unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen. The individual should be fired. Luckily I’m a nice person and didn’t make a scene.
