I can’t stay quiet about how incredibly rude these workers are.. I have a psychiatric service dog, perfectly groomed, perfectly behaved. I don’t even dine in. I pick up mobile orders and sometimes when I have to I make an order at the counter when the app isn’t working properly. They look at me and treat me like I’m disgusting or something. This past time before asking me if he was a service dog they told me I couldn’t be in there and that they just weren’t going to take my order.. in the rudest way. They did after I told them but she didn’t seem happy about it. I felt pretty embarrassed in front of several customers and decided to wait outside for my order. I just picked up an order again and a worker ran to the door with my food and told me not to come in. Didn’t even get a chance to ask for ketchup like I intended. there is no reason for this behavior. I am extremely polite. I don’t cause any kind of inconvenience to anybody! The workers are just a bunch of stuck up little brats..

This is the second time in a row not getting food that we ordered and paid for. Went here today after work because too tired to cook supper. Had me park to wait. They brought out my food. Came home. No shrimp basket I ordered and paid for. Called them. They said I left too fast. So you needed to make two trips out to my car for one small order? Went back and got it. Nasty attitude and tone of voice. Slammed the drive up window on me.
