This place is super rad. The staff are very courteous and helpful. It’s a pretty standard southern restaurant. I had their Reuben and it was tasty, also the sweet tea here is a solid 10/10. I would totally eat here often if I lived in Lafayette.

This is way more than a burger shop. They have a huge menu of salads, sandwiches, soups, and good ol’ southern cooking. The food was like Granny cooked it. Best fried green tomatoes I’ve had in a long time. The service was so friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable like that small town feel.

Took a drive down to Lafayette, Ga and found this kinda throwback of a restaurant that has some really great hand patted beef burgers and some onion rings that was fried to perfection and then we had some good ol’ Mayfield’s ice cream on waffle cones! It just doesn’t get any better than that period!! ❤️

Two Futures
It is just an old little local yocal kind of vibe but feels a bit dirty/dingy inside and the cashier did NOT wash her hands or put on gloves or even use the napkin she handed me, to keep from holding my cone with her bare hands. (After handling lots of cash because they charge extra to use your debit card.) The sherbert is good, but I got it in a bowl next time. She didn’t wash her hands that time either, so it’s a bad habit.
