The tacos were good but tiny! We ordered the taco Tuesday special of 3 tacos for $9, they must all be the same type and you can only choose from a few options. Not a good value for the money, we will not eat here again

Service is great. Problem is, they don’t deliver. Twice they told us our food would be right out. It took more than 15 min for it to arrive. That said, the food was amazing. Chips and salsa were perfect and the Cali burrito is one of the best I’ve had (I’ve had more than 50). Customer service

The service here was so PHENOMENAL that we felt like the only customers in the restaurant when in fact the restaurant had plenty customers. The food was great, my mom compared the consome to the one my aunt in Mexico makes and that is a HUGE compliment. The drinks were also delicious and the names are hilarious. My cousin blushed everytime she asked for La Puntita . The atmosphere was fun and the music was very good. I will be back here anytime I visit San Diego.

We loved the lengua & al pastor tacos most, but all of the ones we got were delicious. very juicy. some of the best horchata we’ve ever tried. only bit I could recommend is for the quesabirria tortilla to be a little crispier, but overall very satisfying. super kind owner. we are definitely returning!

I eat tacos probably two times a week. I hit various spots across San Diego, and spend a few dollars to many dollars — I don’t discriminate. But for the price point and flavor, these were outstanding. Intense and sweet al pastor and flavorful birria. Kind and attentive staff. The depth in the spice profile was a shock to me — I haven’t found a restaurant committed to something that was sweet, savory, and aromatic in quite some time. To be honest, I’ve missed Mex food like this. The owner mentioned it is Jalisco style. He even had me taste a taco (forgot the name) with steak, beans, avocado and sour cream. The beans were insane and incredibly flavorful. For a quick meal, I was really impressed! Strongly recommend to anyone in the Hillcrest area.
