used to come here with my sister for a late night snack, I’m in Yuma visiting after a year of being gone, different staff than i remember but still love it. walked here after dine in hours and was upset but the lady at the drive in let us order, and even brought out the food for us. perfect end to one of the last days in AZ and i hope they know how much their kindness is appreciated.

As much as I love Del Taco’s food, the service at this place is terrible. This location seems to be short staffed. That is not the issue. We completely understand that. The problem is that while the cooks and the drive-thru person are busy, they don’t acknowledge you. In fact, it seems as if they try harder to ignore you. We went there and as they were busy, they didn’t say a word. They could have said, “We’ll be right with you” or “It’ll be a moment” or “Please bear with us.” Not a peep. We waited patiently and for a long time before they took our order at the counter. We will continue eating here as the food is always good, but please don’t ignore people.

We placed 2 pick up orders and both our orders were made incorrectly. Tried calling the store several times and the number does not ring thru. Now I have to eat just beans and beef burritos with nothing but beef and salt or drive back to the store.

This place has to be operated by inept personnel. The staff let 1 car sit at the kiosk for about 8 minutes while ordering, then let the same cat sit another 12 minutes waiting for food. All the while, holding up the cars that were now trapped. Finally, after being able to order, then store was out of of both fish and shrimp. There were no signs to avoid this scenario. We had to wait for the remainder of the cars to go through. Wasted 26 minutes in line at this store. Training and management are lacking.

Show to dine in before 11pm wish is the time it show dine in closes doors were lock already when to drive thru order the girl that took my debit card took for ever to give me back my card finally after almost 10 mins in the drive thru she come and said (sorry but there is no Pico for the fish tacos) I ask why she didn’t tell me that before I order (we just found out we were out) I ask for a refund she told she had already charge me for it and didn’t refund she talk to someone inside and started dance and making faces knowing I was upset. So for once the hours of operation are not keeping restaurant employees don’t know what they have to offer. I am guessing they are just kids that are there for a paycheck and don’t care. I wasn’t very nice with the girl but she wasn’t either.
