Ordered two family meals online. Picked up two bags. Realized about 8 miles down the road it had stickers 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 on the bags. Tried calling, no answer. Drove back to restaurant. I was told I needed to bring the bags in. Got them out of my car and the gentleman I assume was the manager tells me he stickers don’t mean everything and everything was in my sacks. Granted, I should have looked, but the bags were sealed and traveling nearly 30 miles with the food i didn’twant to rip the bags open.. I had two different locations that the food needed to be dropped off and they combined the chicken tenders into one bucket. I had to go home so I could separate the chicken. Then realized that the order was incorrect. Wrong sides and no sauces were included even though with the family meals should have received several. Highly disappointed after spending nearly $80 for this order. Won’t be back. Bad attitudes at the counter. Take the time to make sure it’s right.

Lady in drive thru was very rude when I tried to ask for more fresh original wings and told me it’s a 40 minute wait and she doesn’t want to drop any and it was a couple weeks ago around 9:30 and kfc doesn’t close until 10:30pm. Drove to raising canes and they had outstanding customer service and the chicken strips were hot and fresh there!

Terrible customer service skills on all employees part, even the manager. Sat at the register for at least 10 before anyone acknowledged me. Multiple workers ignoring the fact I was standing at the counter. While 2 employees were in dining room eating. Finally one of the ones eating we’re supposed to be the one taking the order. Didn’t get what I asked for so here comes another long wait to be waited on. Had to slap the counter and yell out while original girl that helped me went on eating. The only thing I got was poor service, ok food, and sorry attitudes…and no apologies Lords chicken I won’t stray again! I left 1 star rating cuz I was forced to!

Chicken tenders were like beef jerky. Biscuits were old, my chicken breast was very greasy and seemed like it had been dipped in old grease. Been coming here for several months and it’s been more bad than good but I really like KFC and hoped that they would get better. My coworkers drove from out of town and they say they won’t be back either.

Keep going here and hoping it will get better. Food is poor quality, not fresh at all. Long wait and not good service. I don’t mind paying good money for good food but this is not good. Very disappointing KFC Longview!!! Tonight’s tenders were chewy and hard on the end, the chicken breast was very greasy like it was redipped in the grease so bad that the crust was soggy. Late supper and had to be at work $17. meal not ate, couldn’t return it had to be at work, disappointed, but not surprised! I will be calling district manager tomorrow.
