I have been placing orders at this store, both carry out and delivery for a good couple of years now and I’ve never experienced the level of unprofessionalism like what I have experienced earlier. I’m a restaurant manager for over 6 years now, so I know it’s wrong to have a customer on hold for over 10 mins, twice! I got home from my restaurant I spent the last 15hrs , I honestly felt for a pizza so I placed my call like I normally do and this lady placed me on hold indefinitely, two times. I do understand if you guys are busy but don’t do that to a human being. That will be my last calls made to that store.

I ordered pizza because I was at the hospital with my mother who is delirious and doesn’t need to be left alone. So order pizza from Domino’s 15th St., Panama City, FL and pay by credit card and tip 30%. I finally get a call that says the driver has left it in the ER across the hospital, without even calling and warning me or giving me a choice to meet him at the front door I called and it was obvious that he didn’t care, he got his tip. So I called the store and they didnt care either that I had paid for it already and might not get it. So if your at the hospital and unable to go down to the er, dont order from them, they are not gonna let you know if they can not deliver it where you requested! All they care about is that they got your money!

A mistake to call this store. The customer service is severely lacking! Truly subpar. Our pizza was cold because we waited so long, they said the address was wrong after verification verbally several times. When pizza finally arrived driver argued with my mother instead of apologizing for the long wait. We refused the pizza but was forcefully given the boxes and then refused tip. Extremely unhelpful and just rude. Ruined this dominoes for future business, thanks for being awful to the host of a 4 year olds birthday party when they were patiently waiting for cold pizza.

Ordered a sub, apple cinnamon desert and a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon tonight. When I brought it home, there was absolutely no bacon and maybe 8 pieces of chicken on it. I normally do not complain but my kids whom it was ordered for would not eat it. These are teenage boys, so that has to really say something. I called the store, was put on hold and hung up on. I called back and experienced 2 employees with horrible customer service skills. The male employee was the worst, actually rude and said what do you want me to say. No apology just have to bring back the pizza and has to be replaced with same kind . Needless to say, the situation did not end well.
