Enjoyed it the first couple times I was there. Go in the early day if you want them to get it right. Was a hair in first bite of wife’s burger. It happens I try to be understanding. What irritates me is that I ordered two classic boxes with fries and drinks, upgraded to shakes, one with chocolate, one with banana. Didn’t get the chocolate, called them up. Said it was ordered as a chocolate banana shake, was not. By the way the one shake was only banana. Mistakes happen, but making it like I made the mistake was bs. Guess I’ll see if they even refund the missing shake. Sucks, ruined one of my favorite places for me.

Absolutely love this restaurant! Great food, great people. Grab a Happy’s pizza here, and you are sure to be happy, with a banana shake to wash it all down. Yummy, and even grab a burger to go! This place is great!

Update: I sent an email to the address requested since they said that they wanted a chance to “make things right” 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. It honestly would have been better for them to have never responded to my review rather than respond, ask for me to email them so they can “make things right” and “earn back my business” then just ignore it. Definitely dropped down to 1 star and we won’t be returning.

Kim and the other manager (I forgot your name I’m sorry) running the counter the night of March 12th, freaking awesome. Super fun and personable! I love how they just know the people that walk through their doors! The food is always awesome, staff is always super cool, and the fact that they’re open so late always caters to me and my boyfriend’s unhealthy habit of craving Shakes at midnight…
