I had a 5 star rating for this location before, but unfortunately I had to delete it. My dad and I have been here multiple times, but the last 6 times we have been, our pizzas have been way undercooked, too thin, real greasy, hardly any sauce or toppings, and is not anything like it used to be. There are a couple workers at this location who are friendly and are better at what they do, but everyone else is rude, and does not know what they are doing. This place used to be the best in little rock, but it’s gone way downhill. We’ve given chance after chance, hoping it was just an accidental mess up, but things have just gotten worse each time. We won’t return to this location.

I made an order online around 5:30pm and the tracker wasn’t working very well. It told me my order was delivered around 6:30pm and I waited a little bit to call and ask about it. The manager, Kimberly, very nicely explained that the driver was delivering multiple orders and the tracker may not be accurate and I definitely understand that. After another hour or so I still hadn’t received my order so I called again and they immediately refunded my order, remade it fresh, and sent it out asap.

Would of gave four stars but in front of the whole building is employee driver cars. Shouldn’t customers park in front of the building and drivers park by the sides?????? Just food for thought… no pun intended.
