Absolutely great service and friendly 100%!! I came in early from work for my order that was set for pick up at 930pm. I asked if they could make it asap, if not no worries. They had my order ready by 910pm. Great job and definitely appreciate that!

Ordered a pizza on line and it took over an hour to not get it when was just down the street. It set on the counter for over 30 minutes. When we talked to the manager to talk to him and let him know that we didn’t want it anymore because we had to go back to work his attitude was not sorry at all they messed up. I guess the 2 bears was outside so driver couldn’t get out the door. If that manager worked for me I’d fire him. Worst service ever had. Glad Pizza Hut is still around.

Took almost an hour from when I was notified that Erik was on his way. I called the store several times. Spoke to Nicholas – he said he should be there. Then on another call I made to the store – Nicholas told me that Erik had forgotten our order with the other 2 he had to deliver. When Erik finally showed up and I told him this was completely unacceptable- he was snippy and said he had to deliver to the hospital. I mentioned about him forgetting my order at the store and he said he didn’t. So someone was lying. He also told me patience is a virtue. After I got my stuff and started to walk back to the house – he did a half hearted “sorry I was snippy”. Don’t order from this place. Very poorly run.
