This review is for delivery driver Robert. I didn’t have full cash when he arrived with me and my sons food that I ordered one minute before close (I know that’s not nice). So not only is he working after his shift is over but now I don’t have the money and lost my keys to my car so I have to walk to pull out the money. He called to have them process the rest via card – of course it wasn’t going through. And the entire time he was patient and not mean or nasty (which he justifiably could have been). The card finally went through – thank God-. Just as i was about to walk to get the money out. I just really appreciate his ability to see I was having a rough day and my intentions were good – and I truly felt bad and embarrassed. Customer service was at its best with his calm collected, and empathetic response to my chaos. Thanks Robert!! You deserve a raise!! (Or promotion).

I placed an order on the app which I have been doing since at least 2018 now. I chose to pay at checkout because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of adding my card. They called me and told me that either I need to pay right away or they would cancel my order. They cancelled it and claimed that since I am a first time customer they need to do that. This is the worst experience I have had with a dominos and I would rather drive further away to get my pizza then deal with this location again.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, we Received the wrong pizza for one, I called the store and explained that I got the wrong pizza and the manager told me to “hold it”, The delivery driver came back with the correct pizza and ask for the old one back. Which we didn’t wait and ate because we were starving.I then had to pay for the third pizza. Place is ridiculous

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S!!! Terrible presentation. Terrible customer service by the manager. This is how the pizza was delivered to me and the manager made it seem like it was my fault! I opened the box in front of the delivery person and this was 1 of 5 pizza boxes that were messed up. The manager didn’t care. I had to feed my diabetic grandparents this mashed up pizza.

I ordered 1 deep dish pepperoni pizza with toppings of bell pepper, onion, hot sauce added along with a 8 piece boneless wings. The driver delivered both items when I opened the pizza it had everything but the hot sauce. I check the receipt and hot sauce was a topping I was charged for. I called the store a woman answered and I told her the situation. She tells the manager and they say they’ll send me another pizza but I have to give the first one back which is fine only a few bites out of the one piece was missing. I then asked to get new order of wings so everything would be freshly hot and I’ll give you guys the first wings back as well. The manager gets on the phone says no there only mistake was that they didn’t give me hot sauce on the pizza that I was charged for. I said that I would like all my food to be freshly hot and eat them together because I would have to wait another hour for the second pizza and the wings will get cold. He said there’s nothing he can do if I don’t like it I can call the 1-800-dominos number and complain. The manager said his name was Samuel, he was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was talking to him. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever had just look at all the other customers reviews that people are leaving… My company and I will never order from them again!
