I was on a quick lunch break and could feel my blood sugar was low. The team on duty fixed my order in under a minute and it was perfect! I had a bagel, med iced coffee with caramel shot and almond milk and it was delicious. This location is plant based friendly as they have almond milk.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. First of all there is no air conditioning in the summer. It’s the slowest store in the whole chain, but that’s not even the worst part. The staff is very rude. After standing there for 20 minutes waiting for my order, one of the employees looked at me and said “watch you waiting for?” I was so taken a back by this rude tone that it took me a second to respond. I gave her the details of my order. Without saying a word she picked up a bag and thrust into my hands. At no point were such common phrases as “hello” “good bye” “please” or “thank you” used. It’s at the staff hates the customer who pay their wages and have no compunction about showing their disdain. Completely unprofessional. The last time I saw this kind of service was in Soviet Russia back in the 80’s. That’s pretty telling.

I visited Harrisburg last weekend and grabbed breakfast for me and my family at this location as it was near our hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. I ordered coffee, an egg wrap and a bagel sandwich. What I got was ice cold coffee from the day prior and accompanied with grounds, 3 wraps (2 varieties) and no bagel sandwich. One wrap wasn’t cooked properly and looked like diarrhea in a diaper when I bit into it , one was still frozen in the middle and I didn’t dare try the 3rd. Everything went into the trash and we bought another breakfast from a place down the street. Hands down, the worst run DD I have been to.

for the first time
Very unprofessional. As soon as I entered this place employees had a negative attitude complaining about it being busy and arguing amongst each other on who was going for a smoke break first. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed and my drinks were made wrong. Place is also very dirty. I will not be returning.

Waited for our order to be taken while employee was outside smoking. After placing our order the store got a rush of customers. So I waited patiently for my beverage for 13 minutes. Only to receive half a cup of coffee. Tried telling the employee but she walked away and I was to frustrated to say anything else because they were busy and I didn’t want to make a scene so I just left. All 3 sandwiches ordered were burnt. Won’t ever be going back there again.
