The donuts have gotten smaller. But they only warm my bagel, it wasn’t toasted! The they did not give the Dunkin Run discount when you buy a medium coffee or larger the donut was to be $1.00. They charge $1.49 not $1.00. check out your receipt before you leave. This location is all about charging you money and not giving you the Dunkin Donuts discounts – very disappointing!

Avoid this Dunkin’!!! I waited 32 minutes in the drive-thru and ordered an ice coffee and a wake-up wrap. They tried giving me a hot coffee and when I told them it was supposed to be iced, they just poured the hot coffee into a cup with ice. I was left with a lukewarm, flavorless coffee. I get home and open the wrap to put some ketchup in since they were out at DD and found that there were 2 small ripped apart egg pieces. I grew up in New England loving DD and this type of service would not fly up there. Lady at the window offered no apologies and was too busy laughing and talking with co-workers. And these are the people who want minimum wage increased?!?! SMH

I had a very bad experience with this Dunkin’. The workers were extremely rude and I had waited 30 minutes for my one donut and one drink. The workers only cared about getting out of there and made their own drinks instead of making the customers. They also messed up my drink and had to remake it.

So here we go again. And take this as you will, ( owner of the place) our order last time was not done properly, Avocado toast with roasted tomatoes. So we gave it another chance. And you guessed it. Again no tomatoes. We ask to go so we saw it on the road. Can’t do this again.

The grand opening sign was up so I tried it out! Waited in line for 5 mins before another customer person, who was also waiting by the front door, drove past to tell me that they were not open. Even though there were employees inside. Second try: my order was wrong, even though they repeated it to me correctly, coffee was old and bitter. 3rd and final strike, today I went to go get donuts for my class and when I opened the box I discovered that the donuts were half done and two of them didn’t even have frosting or sprinkles on them. All in all my rating for this Dunkin’ Donuts is ZERO, which is sad because it’s only been open for few weeks.

This store its absolutely horrendous, never have product ready, then they huffed and puff having to make things…never having at least descent customer service….. lack of integrity and pride of this store and customers……definitely need to fire staff and get new ones in….. definitely running this newer store down down down down………just sharing my experience dealing with this place

Everything bagel with butter is very hard to fulfill, first you get a plain bagel with butter and then when you tell them you get a everything bagel with cream cheese. Can’t wait for Einstein bagels to expand! One star is a too high for this place.

This location is awful. I wanted to go inside, but there was a long line inside and no available parking spots to go inside. So the only other option was the drive-thru. There were 4 vehicles in front of me waiting to place orders. It took about 15 minutes to place an order. There were people leaving before placing an order and people leaving after placing an order because of the wait. Once receiving my order it did not get better. My croissant was hard and burned, and the coffee tasted burnt.

This location is absolutely awful. The wait for your order to be taken is 5-10 mins minimum without fail, and that’s with only 2 cars in the drive-thur. The staff is completely intolerant to costumers time and works at their own pace. My last strike with them was just a couple of days ago when I was the only person in line and I waited nearly 30 minutes for a cold brew and sandwich with more and more people forming behind me. And to make matters worst to me being late to work the coffee had no flavoring and the sandwich had a salty frittata on it instead of a regular egg. Unbelievable. Just like everyone else in the comments, If I could rate this place a zero I would.
