Every time I go to this location and I ask for the sweet pepper bacon croissant it’s extremely inconsistent. The first time I ordered it it was perfect and had plenty of bacon on it. Now when I order it, it is plain bacon with no sweet pepper and there is always only 3 tiny pieces of bacon on the sandwich. This is a 6 dollar sandwich…why can’t it be made like one?

I did an online order. Ordered a cold brew coffee and a pumpkin doughnut and they gave me the wrong thing. I literally ordered two things and they managed to mess it up. Went to window she said I can give you iced coffee we are out of cold brew. Ridiculous.

First of all, My brother and I go to about every Dunkin location in the tri-state, but for some reason when we get our machiatos from this location it’s only just over 3/4 full. I spoke to thr manager and several others there about it and no change. I told them this place uses way more ice than other locations and it’s still never full. When we asked for alittle milk to fill it up, they wanted to charge us, (when it should be full to start with.) Why pay for a large and only get a medium. We’ll go somewhere else. *Starbucks*

This location is ALWAYS out of cold brew. It’s ridiculous. You order on the app and it doesn’t say they are out of it until you go pick it up. Always out of certain doughnuts/ muffins as well. Again never states it on the app. Save your self tine and the hassle and go to a different location.

They have been here now for a while and I absolutely love them they have some of the best employees and great services. No matter if I order online or in the drive thru they alway know my order and are always right on and if for some reason my order is wrong they alway make it right. Wanted to add money to my account at the Taylor Mill location and Ian knew how to do this and took care of it. Not all the locations know how to do this. I’ve gotten fraud reports from my bank when I try to add money myself on the app. The store was also very clean and the employees appear happy to be there. During down time the employees are cleaning and being productive instead of just goofing off. One of my favorite Dunkin Donuts.
