Showed up for the live music, will be back due to the southern hospitality. I had an amazing time here. Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and two drinks while at the bar in back. The bartender I met there, named Sam, goes down as a all time favorite. He was friendly, lively and kept my drinks behind the bar when I went to the bathroom. Then Kim took my picture with the artist I came to see and invited me back for lunch sometime. Small hometown bar feel with the nicest people. I can’t wait to visit again.

Really great place. The service was great and the food was even better. The Chicken fried steak was top notch best I’ve had in a while! The fresh green beans were cooked to perfection. Not the food you would expect from the way the place looks. Will be back if I’m in the area again!

I had their highly recommended chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The steak portion was huge, crispy breading ND very good. My potatoes were cold and lacked seasoning and taste.

When they say gourmet burgers, you’d better believe it. The meat was top notch. No gristle no bone chips no connective tissues, all meat and good tasting, the reason for only 4 stars? They pushed the alcohols too hard and I couldn’t taste the cheese on my burger. I could only taste the meat. HOWEVER, the meat was so good, you didn’t quite mind it, sort of. I really wanted some cheese too. But I’ll be back. It was a lot of fun. Come here for a gourmet burger.

brand new place in Old Town Burleson. This was my first visit. The staff is very friendly and provided great service. Looking over the menu there is a lot of item’s that I want to try. On this visit I had the build your own burger. It comes as a 1/2 lb with whatever you can think of to add to it. I also had the pleasure of talking with one of the owners who is also the chef to compliment how good the burger was. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again and trying something new. I’m told there is live music on the weekends also. I’m not a beer drinker but I did see they have a large selection. They also have a large selection of mixed drinks and wine also. There is also a patio for those that enjoy the outdoor dining as well as more formal dining inside.

And so, we weren’t from town, there on a work trip. We threw a dart at the map essentially and ended up here. Not what we expected at all. At first, we were second guessing our decision, it’s way more bar than it is restaurant. However, after being there a couple minutes we blended in fine, people were friendly, and the food was delicious. Don’t judge a book by its cover, this turned out to be a great outing, and we stayed wayyyy later than we should have. Very family feel inside, people knew each other, big hugs all around. If I loved in town, I would be a local here. Picture is from around the corner.

While visiting on Friday, I misplaced my wallet. The staff was concerned and stayed in communication with me. Come Sunday it was found and I was contacted by Kim and informed all of my belongings still inside!! The music was awsome and so was the staff! I will definitely be back!
