The service is always good. but THIS location specifically does not know how to make drinks. I have been to dutch bros many times, in many different places. And this is the ONLY location that doesn’t know how to make any of the drinks. Every single time I stop here, they make the drink wrong every time. I order it the exact same way at every other location, this is the ONLY one who has never ever made it correctly. They tell me that’s how it’s supposed to taste but it’s very clearly wrong. Dutch Bros, this location is dragging your name through the dirt. They need to learn to make the drinks correctly.

The coffee is good. I would say that it’s a but more smooth and mild than Starbucks. It does seem that most of their drink options are sweet and loaded with cream and flavorings. I asked the young lady to give me something that would be good for a first time visit. She ordered one of their winter specials. I didn’t catch the name but is was a nice creamy, very sweet blend with a strong eggnog flavor. Not my thing but nice. The design of this drive thru franchise is interesting. Tip: the easiest entry to the drive thru for a large truck is in the ally behind. Avoid the car wash drive next door.

The staff and drinks are always fantastic, the only thing I hate is all of the other customers that make it challenging to get through the line. I wish I could love the dual drive thru but it honestly is such a horrible investment here, I’ve never seen it work well between Abq or Rio Rancho. All that aside, the pricing is great and the orders are usually right so they get my money!

I came today around 1:00pm and one of the employees (Bijou C) took my order and asked me if I wanted a recipt. I said no and she then proceeded to turn the tablet away and give herself a tip without asking me first. After she walked away I asked another employee at the window for my receipt and sure enough it said I left a tip. She called over the shift that was there and she was super nice with providing a refund and being helpful with everything. My biggest concern with all of this is how many people that employee steals from every day that don’t ask for a receipt. Thank you to the shift and employee at the window that sorted everything out but shame on Bijou for not asking before she steals tips from customers.

My husband and I love Dutch bros and their perky and friendly personalities. We constantly go to Dutch bros and they are always so nice. But today my husband went and got a drink and was met by a very snippy and rude employee who was nothing like a usual Dutch bros employee. He was completely shocked by her. Probably gonna stick to going to another location if this is how their employees treat paying customers who are kind.

The poor attitude and condescending tone of this employee using a point of sale (POS) tablet asking for a tip was unacceptable. There was only 2 cars in front of me and all I ordered was a White Chocolate Dutch Cocoa. Why is there an employee accosting outside the drive-through? Especially, when it was not busy! Approached the drive-through window and noticed another tip box; the first one being the POS tablet. This feels like tip shaming, I prefer to leave gratuity after I receive my services, not before. You don’t see employees with a POS tablet outside the drive-through soliciting for tips at Duncan Donuts or Starbucks. just saying …
