Dropped by on a Monday evening for a quick bite. They were slammed with several parties, but still took wonderful care of me at the bar. The bartender made an excellent wine suggestion that went wonderfully with the clams and hummus plate I ordered. I’ll be back! This would be a great spot for a date night or dinner out with the girls. I saw a cheese plate go out that will definitely be on my next order. Great spot! Great staff! Great food!

Our party decided on a spontaneous sail from Seattle to Kingston. After having some awesome crepes across the street we decided to checkout d’Vine for some wine. What a fabulous decision that was!

Loved the decor. Old fashion, small town, friendly, atmosphere. Food selection reflects coastal town. Steamers, halibut, and ample vegetarian choices. I had Duck w/ White beans. Delicious and hearty. Comfort food!!! A glass of merlot. A very nice way to end a busy day!

My friend and I ate at d’Vine Bistro last night, which was OK but nothing special. The 2 waitresses seemed harried; perhaps they’re understaffed like so many other restaurants nowadays. My friend’s water glass was dirty with a chunk of something or other on the rim and some smears, so she needed a replacement, which took a while. She ordered the risotto primavera, which looked and tasted unremarkable. I got the lemon & roasted cauliflower pasta, which sounded amazing but didn’t live up to its promise. The pasta was drowned in a soupy goat cheese sauce, which overpowered all the other flavors. It could have been so much better if done in a sort of gremolata style instead of being oversauced. I’m actually tempted to look up some recipes online to see how I could improve on this dish at home!

Come out and support a local business! These are little gems in our small towns! Let’s do everything we can to support them!

Such a delightful place. My seafood dish was the best I’ve had in a very long time. The atmosphere is peaceful. And the owner is sweet. Highly recommended spot right by the ferry with a view of the harbor.

We missed our ferry by just a few minutes so we popped in here for a beverage. What a great find! As soon as we opened the door, we knew we were in the right place. It smelled amazing and the owner was so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed some beer and wine and chatted with the owner. We appreciate the small business owner that cares so much for her community and all she does. Thank you for the great service! We will be back!

Don’t stop here if you are planning to catch the ferry. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even come to our table and give us a glass of water. (And there were, at most, 4 other tables. It was pretty empty)
