I definitely will never go back here! My shrimp was spoiled and my lo mein was dry with no sauce. My wife tried to take it back and the lady basically said that is how they make it… disgusting! My wife was so mad she didn’t even want a refund she just threw the food back!

I don’t even know where to start. From the best Chinese in town to the best customer service. They make you feel at home. To the hard working lady at front I’ve seen her working everyday nonstop. I wouldn’t even dare try another spot as when I did I was quickly right back. Love everything I’ve had and will continue to visit!

Terrible service. I ordered from them and apparently they delivered it to the wrong house and made it out to be my fault. When I called to politely ask them how it was going, they yelled at me and they said they knocked on the door and nobody answered but I had been waiting outside the entire time. They weren’t even on our street because I easily would have heard them knocking on someone else’s door. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my house they were at but they just yelled at me some more and hung up on me. I’m lucky I ordered through GrubHub and was able to get a refund through them, otherwise I’d have no food and no money. Like, sorry for not answering someone else’s door, I guess? My address was right too because it hasn’t changed in years and this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from them. I will never order from here again.

Our go-to on GrubHub! We make it to Cleveland, OH at least once a year and order from here, usually late night. Food is fresh, hot and fast. They deliver with restaurant staff and they don’t leave the food until it is in your hands. Shrimp fried rice, chicken with broccoli, crab Rangoon and the spring rolls are all delicious. They can customize the spice level (heat) on any dish.

Don’t waste your time with this place. The lady comes up with excuse after excuse of not wanting to deliver. First it was their delivery minimum was raised then it went to can’t do deliveries for nearly 2 hours cause the driver has a few deliveries. To top it off she had an attitude the entire time on the phone with me and hung up on me twice. She was fine with a order for delivery but once I gave my address is when it was a problem. I used to order from them atleast twice a week and tipped the drivers 20%. Ridiculous. I hope the owner sees this and loses her job. I’m not the first person to complain about her doing this same thing.

When they mess up your order, know it was their fault, throw rice container with rice in it across the counter towards you and start yelling you know you have come to the wrong place. After that they only wanted to give us a replacement order not a refund. Why so you could spit in my food? or worse? Then the woman say sarcastically oh ya because the customer is always right? um yes. you messed up our order. I ordered pork fried rice. I got white rice. didn’t eat any of the order and brought it back. I ordered broccoli and shrimp and only got the broccoli. Then they call me a M****** F*****. No joke. Called me that when they messed up my order. True the customer may not always be right but in this case we were. I didn’t get what I ordered. after being yelled at for alerting them to the issue politely I am refused a refund??? Never again. Word of advice go elsewhere.
