Nice presentation, portion, and tasty. This was a medium fried chicken. Based on other reviews it may be dependent on who is serving on how much you get for your ordered size, so I would recommend consistency to the restaurant. I will definitely return.

Smh my go to spot for lunch mostly but this breakfast was a waste..cornmeal porridge was all milk , basically diabetes in a bowl ( wayyy too sweet & fried dumplings was not fried basically raw . Smh .

They are not to welcoming.. for establishment that serves food I think they should be more friendly. I don’t know if it’s their demeanor .. and we eat it all the time. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is not so good I guess it depends on who cooks.

This restaurant had three Employees. One Male who had a horrible attitude and talked a lot of mess to a nice customer. The other two females were slamming spoons down after I ordered 4 Large meals. Right in front of my son who was Celebrating his Birthday today since I will be out of town this weekend. Horrible with kids and the staff that worked 3/24/2023 at 3-5 pm range needs retraining ASAP! The Make Employee acted as if I been there a lot when it was my first time there. And I won’t come back unless he is removed. He lost a lot of business talking bad and showing attitude. I don’t recommend this Restaurant at all.

I’ve been going to Donna‘s for more than 25 years, and I never witness such poor customer service that I experience in this location. I was standing there for a while, and the girl decided to keep on doing whatever she was doing and then talk the wall instead of serving me. After that, she went into the back, then started to giggle with another female employee. The supervisor came out and apologize, but I don’t think nothing was done as far as any sort of reprimand. I will never go to that location again.

They were ordered to shut down shop due to live roach activity and other things on June 29, 2023. Just disgusting . The bad reviews I was reading I’m not surprised. I never been here and I do not plan on ever coming here can’t deal with their attitudes I been hearing about and the food not being up to par and I live in the area. They are not the only Donna’s that have attitude problems either like you owe them something.
