The food was typical Chinese food. This was my first time eating here, maybe my last only because I try not to eat a lot of processed foods if I can avoid it. It wasn’t horrible, but it was conveniently located on Jefferson Davis near the base.

Since leaving PA last year…my hubby and I were seriously distraught at the lack of “Chinese” food. Most of the time, if someplace has it…it is a deep fried grease ball with rice. This restaurant (as bad as it looks) is AMAZING! Even their crab cakes (I know…not Chinese food…but that is kinda their thing) are very tasty.

Just went to red house me and my family I’ve been going there for years but this evening the food was terrible we couldn’t event eat it. It was just all full of grease and under cooked never going back they lost our business.

There’s simply no other way to slice it: Red House is the finest Chinese food around and can utterly stand on its own with the finest sit-down Chinese cuisine. Seems most people order carry-out as their interior leaves much to be desired, but this rating/review is based strictly on the food, which is divine.
