Big fan of their pizza. The dough is crisp but soft. Just the right combo of sauce and cheese. If you like valley pizza this isn’t it to be clear. Had the best chefs salad ever from there!

Elegante catered our Holiday party at our office. We ordered the chicken francese, stuffed shells, meatballs, spinach rolls, fried ravioli, anitpasto salad, mozarella/tomato salad, broccoli and red roasted potatoes. We normally have quite a bit of food left over but we did not have much left after this party. Everyone enjoyed it that much. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the fried ravioli got soggy, but that is only because they do not travel well in the catering tin. Other than that I would not have changed a thing. The food was excellent! Will definitely use again for other events.

Okay, where do I begin? I suppose we can start at the beginning. First off, when we walked in the place was dead, meaning there was only one other customer and they even were pretty much on their way out the door. My family and I sat down, ordered our drinks. The waitress comes back, we order our dinners, then its a waiting game. I ordered Shrimp scampi: which mind you, they melt 2 sticks of butter and half a jar of minced garlic, and just pour that onto my plate. This just told me right away that it was Shrimp, noodles and a butter garlic. Meanwhile my one piece of shrimp still had the shell on it. My mom ordered the cheeseburger deluxe, cooked medium rare “still mooing” as she put it. When it came out, it came out as overcooked “hockey-puck”. My stepdad ordered a Stromboli. The Stromboli was a selective Stromboli. The mushroom was in one spot, next was meat, next was onions, and then came peppers. It was not put together the way it should have been. Then, it was sealed closed with cheese, burnt. We ordered 3 pizzas to go, a white pizza, (picture below) which was supposed to be ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese and thinly sliced tomatoes. There was no tomatoes, it is a thick ricotta patty, lightly sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. The second pizza was the buffalo hot-wing pizza (picture below). This pizza looked like a pizza that had a 6 year old threw up on. The third pizza was chicken bacon ranch. The chicken is cut up chicken patty, the pizza was minimal while the ranch was maximum, (picture for that is below too). On the note of dinner, Our waitress, Karin, was very well mannered and did her job phenomenally. If the food preparation was as exceptional as the waitresses service, our dining experience would have been phenomenal.

When I had there pizza I remember thinking to myself that the taste resembled a cardboard box with to much salt in the sauce! Don’t get me started on the look of the goat cheese they use!! I guess its better then that time the owner put pork roast up as a special that came from the food pantry.!.! “Update” Went in yesterday and when I got home with my pizza I found a Bug in it! Very disgusting and the wait took FOREVER!!

At one point I’d have given a full five star review, but over the years quality has dropped to a massive degree. Despite other opinions, the quality of pizza used to be much higher, as well as other appetizers and entrees. To get a pizza soaked in so much grease, or ask for a chicken and broccoli pizza on a red pizza but instead get it on a white pizza with a single ladle of red sauce in the center, is beyond laziness. The pierogies are far from worth it, considering their size and quality, quite the rip off. I will absolutely commend the antipasto salad, legitimately surprised at the quality of it. I’ve never had the entrees past the pizzas and such, so I can’t speak for those. But in my experience, absolutely not worth it compared to years past after going back again after several years of not ordering. I legitimately hope they can turn it around and do things like they used to years ago

I attended a luncheon after a funeral here and the food was excellent. The servers were all very nice and they made sure everyone was taken care of. The roast beef was so soft and delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever had roast beef that was that good! All around had a very good experience!
