Service was quick and friendly, but no soda machine, one bathroom out of order and the other was filled with nastiness. No high chair for my child so it was a bit difficult dining in with him. Food was decent, burger and chicken strips were the best thing we ordered. I ordered the fat slob with honey mustard over ketchup and mayo. It was a better choice, but the contents of the sandwich were very bland. Philly meat had NO flavor at all. Food overall I’d typically give a 3 but with the price being $60+ I have to give it a 2. They have so much potential and a nice staff. Hopefully they can improve!

This place is awesome. I started coming to this location a few months ago, and I really enjoy the food. Super filling, great portions, good prices, and the fries are actually really good and golden. Love that about this place. I read some other reviews and since the management apparently had changed, I had to leave a review to let others know that they need to try this spot. They are also open late, so come check this place out.

1 thing they’ve got…great bread. Beyond that, well, mediocre at best. I had to add my own condiments on my sandwich for flavor because neither the fries or chicken had ANY. The cheddar fries are ridiculous. $4.75 for frozen potatoes and hardened cheese. I live 5 minutes from the location in Plano, and it’s like my meal was under a heater for an hour after ordering. Won’t go back.

I placed an order online for delivery. I ordered the 12 piece wings, half garlic parmesan and half barbecue. Honestly the flavor of the wings were delicious! The thing that bothered me the most were how tiny the wings are. These have got to be the smallest wings that I have ever seen. If I would have known that they were this small I probably would have ordered more. I mean literally one person could finish off all 12 wings and probably still be hungry. Like I said, the flavor was there, but the size of the wings will be the reason I would not order them again. Also the wings are soggy. I understand that they are probably tossed in sauce but it was too soggy. I originally decided on this place because I saw some reviews and I have a co-worker that orders from this establishment on a regular basis. I think I would definitely give it a try again, but I wouldn’t order the wings. I will probably go for the chicken fingers. Honestly I meant to order the fingers not the wings but realize later that I made a mistake. For this review I couldn’t really rate the atmosphere or the service because I had it delivered. The only issue that I really had was the size of the wings I just feel that it’s not worth the money. I spent over 20 bucks on 12 wings. I saw a review from someone and the owner replied and stated that they had made some changes in ownership. It also stated that the wings were bigger about the size of your palm. That was absolutely not true. My wings were about the size of half of my palm. These wings are too small and I really hope that this changes because I truly feel that this is probably a great place to eat. Next time I will definitely be going for the chicken fingers.

I had never eaten at this place before, but my partner and I stopped in late night to get dinner and let me just say, this is one of my new favorite spots. Everything was absolutely delicious and the sandwiches are SO bomb. The guy that cooked and delivered our food was super friendly and helpful as well. 1000/10 we will definitely be back. I am shocked that we were the only ones in there. This place definitely deserves to be packed. Amazing.

Fat shack is definitely nasty name suggest, it has lot of fried foods and if you want to pack calories this is the place. I ordered couple of times late night when I was hungry, I got the french fries, mozzarella sticks and cheese fries once. Not a fan of cheese fries but rest were good. The cheese sauce was not that good and I have had better at steak and shake.
