I eat alot of firehouse. This is the best one in the panhandle hands down. Bald black guy running lunch today is a total badass at what he does! Reminded me of the old days when people cared about what they did. Keep on doing exactly what yall are doing im literally blown away by the service I received.

I’ve eaten before and the food wasn’t great for the price. But as of the day posting, the management is terrible. Walked by the store with the manager yelling at an obvious new employee, absolutely berating him in public on a busy walk street. Absolutely childish school like behavior for a grown older adult.

The store closes at 9 and I went in about 8:40 to get a sandwich. They had time to make my sandwich and I was home at 9 PM. The workers were clearly not happy that I came in to get a sandwich when they obviously wanted to go home. They had already put the meatball sub ingredients away so I had to order a steak and cheese. They locked the door 8:45 PM and let me out when I was ready to go at 8:50 PM. They were rude. I absolutely cannot stand it when a store says it’s open certain hours and they close before then! If you want to close at 8:30 PM then say so and post that as your hours. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. I realize businesses are having a hard time getting decent employees but I’m not going back to a store with obnoxious people.
