I first tried Five Guys while vacationing in New York but it’s my first time in this location. The place is clean and bright, the service was fast and the staff was quite friendly. My family liked the bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms. I ordered a cheese hotdog with grilled mushrooms and onions but it was mostly onions. The fries were ok, the chocolate milkshake was creamy but can use more chocolate.

Up date, I ordered on Uber eats and the food was great!!! Saturday night 8:30pm, I wanted to try the Pasadena location because the LA location was so awesome. Not the case in Pasadena Isabelle was 5 star but that’s it. 1st the employees were all talk among each about walking out and being over worked after a large crowd. I understand no problem I placed my order but got my rushed food. Burger was not cooked even though I asked for well done.

This is a fantastic Hamburger chain where you can customize your burgers. I ordered a Cheeseburger $11.19 and a Little Cajun Fries $4.39 and they were both delicious. I love that they give an extra scoop of fries with each order! Very clean restaurant and polite staff. I just wish they offered more discounts or a rewards program so I could come more often. Free parking in back lot next to Randy’s Donuts.

I’ve always loved five guys but this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and kind. The food was hot when I got it and it tastes completely fresh. The store and bathrooms were well kept. Super happy and will come back.

Burger was average, price was high, fries were soft and soggy even tho they were eaten right away. Staff was friendly, but it was freezing. AC was probably on full blast nonstop. Mushrooms were a good addition, but the patties did not have much flavor, which made the burger bland overall
