We make all of our pastas in house and are proud to present our guests with a menu free of hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup, yet full of flavor that only the freshest ingredients from local sources can provide.

Was recommended by another guest at the hotel we stayed on vacation. A bit pricey with no kids menu, but worth every penny. The pasta was delicious, homemade, tried porterhouse for 2 and loved it. Cooked to perfection, just like we asked. Must try burrata app. Drinks were good as well although the waiter forgot to bring one of the drink orders for our paryy and we asked twice, but a very good experience overall. They make their own purified water and sparkling, and nicely surprised that we didn’t get charged for it.

One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Did the tasting menu. Standouts included tuna starter, scallops and duck. Server was very attentive and friendly. We chose outdoor seating because we are on vacation at the beach and the weather was nice. However, it turned out that the patio was on a busy road with deafeningly loud military aircrafts flying overhead. That was the only drawback of the evening.

We are nearby locals and have never heard of this restaurant until my wife’s co worker recommended it. We made reservations for our anniversary and was blown away by the service from the minute we walked in the door. The professionalism, how welcoming and helpful every single person was! Not to mention the detail and thought put into planning our special anniversary dinner with a custom menu and champagne toast they gave us upon arriving. The food was delicious and worth every penny! If I could give them 50 stars I would! Highly recommend! We will certainly be back! Thank you Terrapin staff for an amazing experience!

Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Definitely the best halibut. Prices were very reasonable too! Loved the pasta happy hour (the short rib MELTED in my mouth). Definitely make a reservation in advance though because they book up. I can’t wait to come back here. If I had to fault anything, I’d just say our dessert was pretty tiny for the price we’d paid. But other than that, everything was delicious.

Very fancy place for a romantic dinner/date. Great place for a celebration/special occasion. Went here recently to celebrate a bday/engagement and it was a fun night. We sat outside, loved the atmosphere. Food was delicious, I got the shrimp pasta and burrata app. Can’t go wrong with affogato for dessert! And also had a great pink sangria. The wait staff was really sweet too. Everything was homemade and you could really tell.

What an amazing place to celebrate my birthday with my husband! First I would like to recommend this to anyone celebrating a special occasion with a loved one. They personalize the menu, it is quite sweet if you think about it, and a keep sake if you’re like me. The service and the food were… beyond expectations. Attentive. Delicious food. From the fresh starters of raw oysters & beef dumplings, to our dinners the beef short rib rigatoni & the Josper filet (perfectly rare), shared truffle mac n cheese to the sublime desserts, mine a Tiramisu and his (I’ll share what pics we decided to take)… at the end of our evening our oceanfront’s Terrapin surpassed every expectation and made my birthday even that more special. ❤️

This was our first time visiting Terrapin, and it was even better than we expected! The food was delicious, but more importantly, it was so fresh. Healthy, natural ingredients always make a huge difference. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.
