If you’ve never been here you should try it. The pizza is delicious. Get the sourdough crust. If you’re someone who remembers the original FP, then you will likely feel a little let down by the atmosphere. It’s not the same. But – the pizza is still great! For a minute there when the place went through the transition it was not the same and the wait times were too much. I think they’ve worked out the kinks and are back on track. We have had great pizza every time for the last year. We generally do pickup and the order is ready in 20-30 minutes. I need my pizza to be lava-degrees when I get back to my house and so far that’s been a success.

Do yourself a favor and devour this pie! Their sourdough pizza is the best we’ve ever had, and the drinks are incredible. The Zambini pizza is iconic. The Triple Pie pizza is our crowd favorite. If you can visit in the summer, the Habanero pizza is deadly yet delightful. We’ve enjoyed making friends with the staff, and they recommended our new favorite drink to us! The Pilot House Astoria Mary caught us off guard, now we get it every time we go. Huge thanks to Andrew for that life changing drink introduction.

I called 20 minutes before closing for pizza delivery. To my surprise, they happily asked me to not worry about time, and that they are happy to take my order. The employee who answered the phone was very professional, friendly and was able to put a smile on my face!

Flying Pie always delivers great pizza. They never skimp on the toppings and they’re always fresh, they use great quality ingredients. The sour dough crust is amazing! The delivery driver has always been so polite. And the coupons are great! I will definitely keep ordering!

I ordered two pizzas over the phone, both with sourdough crust… a denver pie and a vegie. After I picked them up and got home, I discovered that both pizzas were undercooked and the dough was raw. I called Flying Pie and the man who answered said he wasn’t the store but would connect me. The phone rang multiple times and no one answered. I hung up and called again. After several rings, a woman picked up. I explained that the pizzas were undercooked and she said, “that’s the way we make them. We can make you two more pizzas but they will be the same. We have the pizzas on a timer.” What is the point of ordering again if I’m going to get the same result? Her attitude was pretty nonchalant and dismissive. I told her I would like a refund then but I would like to speak with the manager. Gavin got on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive and would not listen to me. He hung up on me.

For such an expensive pizza, I expected it would be made with all of and the correct ingredients. We asked for red pepper (the vegetable) and the pizza was COVERED in crushed red pepper flakes. So spicy the kids couldnt eat it. It was missing two of the other ingredients we paid for to be added as well as the ranches we paid for. When I tried to call and speak to a manager after getting home and realizing the issue, no answer cause its an automated system taking orders and no way to leave a voicemail since it hangs up if no one answers. Super not stoked on the experience and wouldn’t even have left a poor review if I had been contacted or been able to contact anyone at the store to get the issue corrected.

I was craving pizza tonight and was tired of and have been disappointed in my usual pizza places. So glad I tried Flying Pie. It was delicious. Piled on way more toppings than other places. And I ordered delivery and it was still hot when it got here! Flying Pie is my new go to!
